Lisa Coker

Principal and CEO

Lisa Coker is the principal and CEO of Infinite Management Solutions, LLC, a woman veteran-owned certified small business which primarily partners with middle-market and large organizations in both private and public sectors in the Midwestern region.

Coker is a proud United States Air Force veteran. She has earned a reputation as a trusted partner, dynamic team facilitator, outstanding problem-solver, and accomplished professional. She helps C-Suite executives develop their strategic plans and streamline operational processes. Coker is a certified Lean Six Sigma/Continuous Process Improvement Black Belt practitioner and often consulted for her innovative business improvement strategies and solutions resulting in reduced operational costs and improved mission effectiveness.

Kathey M Smith

Chief of Staff

Smith currently holds the position of Chief of Staff/Business Development Director where she is responsible for researching prospective accounts in targeted markets, pursuing and managing leads, maintaining client relationships and identifying new prospects. She also serves as HR SME and provides oversight and leadership for staff onboarding activities from hire to deployment as well as personnel management and support.

Jon Rucker

Business Operations Manager

Jon Rucker is an Operations, Human Resources, and integral leader with over 30 years in a diverse and rewarding military career.  He first enlisted in the United States Air Force in 1986 culminating with his direct involvement in Operation DESERT SHIELD and DESERT STORM focused on supply chain management for a combat communications unit and separated in 1991.  He rejoined the Air Force as a commissioned officer after earning a bachelor’s degree from the University of Tennessee in 1995.  He held various leadership positions in the Command and Control, Intelligence and Human Resources career fields while working at all levels of the Air Force.

Jared Cree

Business Operations Manager

Jared Cree is a data-driven, solution-focused leader with over ten years of experience leading and supporting multi-faceted and geographically dispersed teams. He is passionate about collaborating with individuals and organizations to realize opportunities for growth and improvement, driving success. Jared is also a proud veteran of the United States Army.

Rachel Bankowitz

Client Delivery Program Manager

Rachel Bankowitz brings over 17 years of professional experience in project management to Infinite Management Solutions.  Bankowitz has authored over 150 reports for both public and private entities, including the FHWA, NRC, DoD, VA, DOT, DNR, Consumers Energy and Rickenbacker International Airport.  A few of her major accomplishments involve the survey, photography and reporting of over 1,200 buildings for the construction of the Gordie Howe Bridge from Detroit to Canada, the designation of 25 buildings to the Dayton Register of Historic Places, and the establishment of the Dayton Historic Landmark Plaque and Dayton City Beautiful programs.

Angela Morris

Client Delivery Program Manager

Angela Morris serves as a Strategic Communications Manger with Infinite Management Solutions, LLC.  She acts as the organizational focal point for specific operational, administrative, and technical issues in conjunction with the Air Force Research Lab’s Small Business Innovative Research and Technology Transfer Research.  Ms. Morris thrives in the details and acts to provide continuous analysis and recommendations for the evolution and improvement of current practices.
