Alissa Walker is the Business Operations Specialist for Infinite Management Solutions, LLC located. She holds over ten years of management experience with extensive knowledge of all administrative tasks, including scheduling and correspondence.  Having held positions in the medical, business, and educational fields, she is able to tailor her skills to meet the needs of various clients. Alissa is able to interact with potential and existing clients, and has increased customer satisfaction ratings in different companies.

Alissa graduated from Miami Jacobs Career College Summa Cum Laude with an associate in Science.  In her roles, Alissa has been responsible for creating and revising systems and procedures by analyzing operating practices, overseeing recordkeeping, systems budgetary and personnel requirements; maintaining forms, maximizing office layout space, and implementing changes. She has coordinated preparation of reports, analyzed data, and identified solutions.

In addition to Alissa’s duties, she is also very active in her church’s Outreach and Food Pantry ministry. She is also a member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority Incorporated for over 16 years.  She volunteers at Independence and Wyandot elementary school as a parent reader.  In her free time, Alissa loves to spend time with her husband and three children watching movies and laughing.
